Kwekwe East Circuit set to dedicate milestone projects

The Kwekwe East Circuit is in celebration as it prepares to dedicate several milestone projects designed to create welcoming and functional places of worship.

These developments highlight the circuit’s strong commitment to fostering both spiritual growth and community development.

Kwekwe East Circuit Superintendent, Reverend Douglas Mukoki, expressed his enthusiasm about the developments in the circuit.

Some of the projects to be dedicated include two tents, the public address (PA) systems, a new circuit vehicle and three solar-powered boreholes.

Supt Mukoki noted, “We have communicated with Bishop Simango regarding the dedication of the projects in our circuit. We are now waiting for the dedication of the two tents purchased by Ruwadzano Manyano, PA systems, a new vehicle and solar-powered boreholes.”

The dedication of these projects is expected to be done by the Kadoma District Bishop Simango.

The circuit is currently drilling three solar-powered boreholes at a total cost of US$13,500 in its urban societies—a major step forward that will benefit both the church and the wider Mbizo community.

“We are thrilled to be at this stage, and we are grateful for the support from our donors and the ministers in the circuit,” he said.

Drilling boreholes at John Wesley, Runyararo, and Patsime societies marks a significant achievement, providing clean water to both the church and the surrounding community.

Supt. Mukoki praised the efforts of ministers Reverend Musiiwa and Reverend Khoza.

“The boreholes in our three societies will not only serve the church, but also benefit the Mbizo community. This has been possible through the dedication of our ministers and members.”

The circuit is also making progress in church construction, with plans to officially open the John Wesley Society later this year.

“We will officially open the John Wesley Society this year, as only painting and a few finishing touches remain,” Supt. Mukoki added.

Kwekwe East Circuit has recently completed renovations at the Malala Park manse, now home to its third minister, Rev Khoza. In addition to repairs and repainting, a solar-powered borehole was also installed at the manse.

The Kwekwe East Circuit’s achievements underscore the power of teamwork and dedication. Its efforts to provide welcoming places of worship and essential services are commendable, making a positive impact on many lives.

As the circuit prepares to dedicate its milestone projects, this marks the beginning of an even brighter future for both the Kwekwe East Circuit and the Mbizo community. With continued support and dedication, the future looks promising for this vibrant community.

The Kwekwe East Circuit stands as a beacon of hope, demonstrating what can be achieved through faith, hard work, and collaboration. Their achievements inspire others to strive for excellence and positively impact those around them.
